Yes — Wealthsimple regularly offers transfer bonuses when you move investments from another institution. The current transfer offer, if any, is shown at the top of this page.

Yes. When you transfer $25,000 or more into Wealthsimple, we reimburse the transfer-out fees your old institution charges. Please allow up to two business days after your transfer is complete for the reimbursement to appear in the cash balance of your account.

When you refer a friend, you both get rewarded. Share your personal referral link, and once your friend signs up and meets the offer conditions the reward is added to both accounts automatically. You can find your link in the app.

Referral rewards vary by the promotion running at the time. The current referral bonus is $25 per successful referral, with both you and your friend rewarded once they meet the offer conditions. The live amount is always shown on your referral screen in the app.

Your referral link lives in the Wealthsimple app under "Refer a friend". To enter a promo code, go to "Profile → Promotions" during or after sign-up and paste it in before completing the qualifying action. Codes must be entered before the offer's expiry date to count.
