Wealthsimple Kids and Teens Authorized User Agreement — Trustee Authorization

You are the Trustee of the bare trust that holds this account. The child is the beneficial owner of the funds, and you remain the account's legal owner and trustee. By continuing, you invite the person you've chosen to help you manage this account as an Authorized User, and you agree to the Wealthsimple Kids and Teens Chequing Account User Agreement and Wealthsimple Kids and Teens Prepaid Cardholder Agreement ("Account Agreements") as they apply to that appointment.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• the Authorized User acts only as your delegate. They are not a trustee and get no interest in the trust property or the account;

• you stay solely responsible for administering the account and for your duties to the child, and you are bound by everything the Authorized User does or fails to do as if you had done it yourself;

• every instruction, spending control, transaction approval, transfer, and card action the Authorized User makes counts as yours under the Account Agreements;

• you consent, for yourself and on the child's behalf, to Wealthsimple sharing your and the child's personal information with the Authorized User so they can operate the account; and

• only you can close the account, add, change, or remove an Authorized User, or replace the Trustee.
